LICENSE TERMS

  1. Downloading this application, licenses you to the use of the Queue Quest as it is described at the terms of the Play Store.
  2. You are licensed to any future update of the application.
  3. You are NOT licensed to modify or/and resale the application.
  4. Updates may change or expand application's functions.
  5. The application may be discontinued at any time and then it is under the agreement as it is described at the terms of the Play Store.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Queue Quest is a game application that supports live action RPG for the purpose of students' group evaluation.
  2. It requires a username and a password that cannot be created by a user and are only given to the students after their registration to the lab. This practice aims to the protection and security of the game and the students. The registration requires a physical interview of the student.
  3. The Queue Quest contains a virtual character page and a battle system that does not contain violence of any kind.
    1. The character page includes the virtual representation of the character, the level, class, skills and achievements.
    2. The battle system from the side of the player contains the team members, their class and level. It also contain the name and life of the opponent that the team confronts, verbally. At the bottom of the screen are the available skills of the character and the number of times they can be used.
    3. The battle system from the side of the teacher, begins with the creation of the opponent by entering the name and life. After that, the teacher selects the participants for the debate, from a list of online players. During the debate the teacher evaluates the answer to a question and marks it as correct or wrong.
  4. At the end of a debate the players get an immediate response of the result.
  5. Queue Quest is offered as it is and it cannot be modified or be patched.
  6. Queue Quest is not responsible for any damage on you device or health issues occurred due to the excessive use or misuse.

PRIVATE POLICY

  1. Queue Quest is offered by Spellamel. Any other distribution of the software is not under this policy and it might be potentially harmful.

  3. Queue Quest will NOT collect or share any sensitive, private, or public information.
  4. It does NOT require access to your camera, microphone, files or your contacts.
  5. It requires access to Network, WiFi and Internet in order to connect to the server that contains the database with the game data.
  6. These data are processed only for the purpose of been presented to the user and are not collected or shared with any party.
